  • As small companies and start-ups are growing, they often are not ready to commit to a full-time executive staff. A fractional CXO partner can serve as a COO, CMO, CPO, or CTO in the capacity that you need. We grow with you and your team and fill in the holes in your business strategy.

  • Depending on your needs, the initial two-hour consultation is a one-time fee. Once the scope of the strategy is determined, a project fee will be charged to deliver a completed strategy. At that point, you may choose to implement the strategy internally on your own, or work with Significant Other on a monthly retainer to manage ongoing support and a virtual team.

  • In order to get full advantage of our services, we request a 3 month contract commitment.

Principal

With more than 25 years of experience in Marketing, Operations and Technology, Monica has worked in virtually every industry from Oil & Gas and Energy, to Technology and Software, Healthcare to Real Estate to Politics. She has held roles in Public Relations and Communications, Social Media and Traditional Marketing, Product Management, Fundraising, Community Organization, Sales and Business Development.

Across her career, Monica has been instrumental in helping organizations identify efficiencies through technology and automation, helping business owners work on revenue producing strategies, by focusing on curating a custom technology stack such as Project Management software, communications, email and website setup, customer relationship management, content management systems, and more.

She is also the founder and lead Editor for Make Space, a home editing and organization company.

Our Process

Initial Consultation

Our process begins with an initial consultation that will explore your current business needs and challenges. We will conduct a thorough audit of your current operations and processes, and discuss how we can help plug-in to your current team structure.


Strategy Development

Once we have completed the initial consultation and audit, we will begin to build out your unique solutions strategy, depending on the areas you need help in. During the strategy development, we will meet weekly to design systems meant to automate more efficient processes.


Ongoing Support

Once the Strategy is delivered and implemented, we will curate a virtual team of vendors and professionals to support your strategy. Significant Other will continue to manage your virtual team so that you only have one point of contact for your fractional roles.
